The rafting day trip will take you through the virgin forests below the Mulshi and Bhira dams, along a 14 KM stretch of the Kundalika. This exciting and wild stretch passes through Grade II and III rapids, and with our fully qualified guides, you’re in great hands. You can then undertake on the incredible experience of navigating these rapids that stretch for almost 11km. This adventure activity does not require any swimming experience and anyone above the age of 14 can indulge in the activity. Kundalini is one of the best places for rive rafting. This place can be accessed by any local transport by road to take back the incredible memories as you embark this activity.

Reporting time

The Kundalika river rafting trip starts at 8:00 am every morning. Bhira dam controlled the water flow, we must start our rafting on schedule or face the possibility of trip cancellation due to lack of water flow. Should report by 8.00 am.

Who can’t raft?

Heart patients, Pregnant ladies,  and people with severe asthma, children below 14 yrs will not be allowed to raft.

What to bring?

T-Shirts, shorts and sports shoes or floaters for rafting.
A change of dry clothes and a towel.
Lightweight warm cloth if you are camping overnight.
Sun Hat / Cap    
Sun Glasses
Waterproof sunblock lotion

Travel Tips

(1) Book ticket in advance as it is usually packed.

(2) Reach before the time so that you have less waiting time.

(3)  You should wear comfortable clothes and don’t carry anything with you. Don’t wear any piece of jewellery, watches, specs, etc from your body. All pockets should be empty.

(4) In the cafeteria, where your fellow mates can sit and watch you jump on the big screen.

(5) If you have a  heart condition, epilepsy, high blood pressure, diabetes, or a neurological disorder, or are pregnant, it is advised that you don’t attempt the jump.

Safety Measure:

People who have certain medical conditions should not attempt do river rafting. Bungee jumping companies make you sign a release that includes a list of these conditions. You should get clearance from your doctor if you have blood pressure that is too low or too high, back problems, breathing issues such as asthma, circulatory diseases, heart problems or head injuries. Pregnant ladies should not allow river rafting.

Type of Rapid:

Grade II: Get ready to skate your raft through rough waters. Gather up your team and prep up with all the safety gears as while rowing through these grades you might need to work on your manoeuvring technique because the adventure is just about to get a little rough from here.

Grade III: When you enter this level, you will be welcomed by raging white water. Reinforce yourself as you are likely to meet sudden drops. Strike the small waves rising high in order to lead forward without any tumbling. While guide through these grades, make sure you have a better technique planned in mind – build up your team for a thrilling rafting experience.

Everyone life itself is risky and there’s no way of telling whether the decisions you’re about to make are right or wrong until you’ve made them.
